A glimpse into Alice’s world

I have always been fascinated with gathering people together. There is something magical when we come together! From age 4-9, I lived in a big house where my parents hosted many parties, inviting our whole neighborhood, church family, and friends. I cherish those days.

My parents were immigrants from South Korea. My mom, being the fashionista and aesthetic-lover she was, always knew how to throw great parties. The visuals of her to-die-for cooking were on another level, flooded by compliments of her awe-inspired guests. She was thrifty, en vogue, and stood out in any room. She is my inspiration and my role model. I’ve always looked up to her boho and modern fashion sense, and I inherited her love of connecting people together and encouraging people to follow their true passions. I bleed her fierce fire-starter mindset and gentle, thoughtful community-builder heart.

As long as I can remember, my dad was always the life of the party, too. He had a sense of humor that could make a silent crowd erupt with a new burst of laughter no one has heard before. How they would all laugh through the night into the morning. Detailed stories were his pie and elaborate facial expressions were his meat. He is also a businessman at heart, ever innovating, thinking of what’s ahead and how it can help others. He could take an intangible idea and make it into a thriving business. His knack of navigating meetings with successful business leaders always astounded me, given that English was not his first language. I believe that my outgoing, approachable demeanor came from him - a fearless man who truly saw worth and possibility in every relationship and encounter.

Life is like a big puzzle. Knowing full-well that I have not arrived and never will, here I am, diving head first into the event planning world excited for what is ahead! Excited to serve you!

These three things remained true in my pursuit of life:

• I thoroughly enjoy creating visions into beautiful realities

• I am passionate about building meaningful relationships and supporting my community
