If it wasn't for Alice, I am not sure how I would have executed our wedding. Alice was the pillar of support and strong foundation in making this event happen. 

Her experience goes without saying and really reduced time to make decisions when my fiancee and I were stuck at coming to many decisions. As many vendors that have worked with Alice can testify, she is truly mega organized and it really showed when I saw her working with other vendors on the day of the wedding. 

Alice knows how to keep the couple away from all the unexpected surprises that may pop up on the day of wedding so that we are just enjoying our day as she works her magic to deal with them all behind the scenes. There are so many things that I found out the next day that Alice helped resolve without getting it to me and when I asked her about it her response was, 'how did you know, you weren't supposed to know!'. 

Unlike other planners, when we reached out to get to know her service, she wanted to know about us as a couple before anything. At first I wasn't sure why she focused so much on it but after working with her now I realized why. Being able to work together and vibing well is super important in pulling off such a big event and Alice knows all the key elements to creating such an experience for all. 

She was there to support and offered help when we had to have difficult conversations with vendors and she was there all the way. We felt nothing but love and support from Alice and that she truly wants to make sure that we pull this off well together. Alice is my sister's best friend and was also my sister's wedding planner. She did an amazing job at my sister's wedding, and we knew we wanted Alice to be our wedding planner as well. Where do I even begin, our wedding day was perfect and I attribute a lot of that to Alice. I began the wedding planning journey a year out, with budgets, spreadsheets, mood boards, and powerpoint presentations. I was determined to do it all by myself and with my hotel and project management experience, I really thought I could. As we got close to the date, I started to get overwhelmed with the decisions, moving pieces, and backup plans. That was when a friend of mine recommended Alice. I was really resistant to the idea of a planner, mostly because it was never in the budget, but hiring Alice was the best investment I made. 

From our initial meeting I just felt instantly comfortable. I could tell she really cares and truly listens. I was confident that she would be able to take my ideas and just elevate them so that they were easy to execute and that there would be a contingency plan for EVERYTHING. I was definitely a high strung bride but on the day of, I was calm as a cucumber. From the rehearsal to the breakdown, Alice was on top of it all. No one asked me a single question about logistics and many of my guests commented on how attentive Alice was. She seemed to be everywhere at the same time. Our entire day was right on schedule, everyone had an amazing time, and I definitely could not have pulled it off without her. How do we begin to express how grateful we are for everything Alice did to help us plan our wedding? For two shy, introverted individuals who had no idea what to do, we are so thankful we had Alice to guide us through the whole process. 

We hired Alice from the very beginning as our wedding planner and every decision made after that was with her help. She helped us choose the color theme, visited venue locations with us, sat with us through every vendor hiring, worked to design our save-the-dates and invitations and menus, was so flexible with meeting times - the list goes on. Alice [was] fairly new to the wedding planning world, however Covid taught us many important lessons in wedding planning - saving and thoroughly reading contracts, understanding the true meaning of vendor deposits and refund policies (if all payments are named deposits, you might not be refunded anything!), project management, narrowing options for easier choice-making, and many more lessons. I’m positive she has grown as a wedding planner through these moments too.

Throughout the highs and lows of wedding planning, Alice stayed true to her business catchphrase “In This With You.” I have always appreciated her positivity, understanding, empathetic, responsive, hard-working and relatable nature. In the end, that extra time planning allowed for more bonding with her and we are thankful for all she did for us!

Alice was our month of coordinator for our wedding and working with her was hands down the BEST decision we made. We thought we were pretty organized and wouldn’t need too much guidance but there is honestly so much that goes into wedding planning and there’s really no way to remember everything without the help of a professional who has helped plan countless weddings! I love that Alice immediately sent a wedding checklist as soon as we agreed to work with her. She also gave a list of recommended vendors, which came in very handy, as we ended up going with almost all her recommendations and not being disappointed in the slightest. At our wedding rehearsal, we were feeling a little panicked because we had a big bridal party (19 people!) and only an hour to run through things but Alice was so efficient and really helped everybody feel comfortable for the big day. When it came to our wedding day, we didn’t have anything to stress about and genuinely got to enjoy the entire day with our family and friends. Wedding planning is always portrayed as a nightmare of a task but Alice made it so incredibly easy. I am excited to work with her for other special events in the future!

Wow, where to even begin..From the very minute I started my wedding planning journey with Alice, I knew I was in the absolute best hands. Choosing Alice to plan my wedding was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. She has been my rock as I’ve navigated the near-impossible..planning a wedding during COVID-19. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without her guidance, professionalism, energy, and unwavering positive attitude.

The vendors she helped us find were amazing!! All the work they did was perfect. And throughout the process she continually eased any worry myself or my husband had by being incredibly organized and responsive. I knew we had made the right choice when I was feeling completely at ease on my wedding day and heard countless guests mention that this was the best wedding they had been to. We truly wouldn't have been able to navigate the challenges of planning a wedding during the COVID-19 pandemic without Alice and her constant support. Alice not only remained flexible with scheduling, but also kept us up-to-date with all the latest local policies/restrictions and how they might impact our plans.

We began working with Alice after selecting our vendors and having a rough idea of the type of wedding we wanted to have. The rest is history! We were able to put everything else in Alice's hands, and she built out what our wedding day would look like and managed regular communication with our vendors. She shared checklists, questions to think about, and just the right amount of homework to help us finalize details and come up with all the right final touches. On the day of, Alice worked directly with our vendors to keep everyone on schedule, making any adjustments as needed. Our wedding ended up being a real life dream come true, and we didn't have a single worry on our minds!

Alice planned and coordinated our daughter's first birthday party. Alice was flexible as our plans changed multiple times due to Covid-19. Even with the change in plans, Alice still made my vision for our daughter's first come true! It turned out so lovely and I cannot get over how beautiful everything turned out. Alice is so creative and I enjoyed brainstorming with her on the design and all the details of the party. In working with Alice, I could feel that she genuinely wanted our event to be the most special event ever and she puts her heart into her work. I look forward to working more with Alice in the future!

She was super easy to work with and put so much time and work into planning our wedding and making it happen exactly the way we wanted it!
